Fasting might seem really enticing- you just don't eat and magical things happen ... according to science, right? 

Fasting has the opportunity to bring real benefit to our bodies, AND as women fasting is a little bit more complex than for our male counterparts. There are so many complex systems that need to be taken into account if we are looking to include fasting in our lifestyles.

In this episode, I dive into what some possible benefits could be, and what the signs are that it may not actually be working for you (and what to do if that's the case).
