Description

On March 21, 1933, shortly after taking office, Pres. Franklin D. Roosevelt signed the Cullen-Harrison Act, which amended the Volstead Act and permitted the manufacturing and sale of low-alcohol beer and wines (up to 3.2 percent alcohol by volume).  The Act became ffective on March 22 and allowed breweries to begin production!

We put the act in context with other neo-prohibition policies like the move to .08 BAC / .05 BAC. We also talk about bump bump baa... Public transportation and the problems that reliance on rideshare creates in weakening our infrastructure.

Shockingly, there was very little Taylor Swift conversation by Andrew.
