Today I welcome previous guest Eric Helms from 3D Muscle Journey.

Eric is a PhD, accomplished online coach, writer, natural bodybuilder and powerlifter, and an all-round nice guy.

2:10 minutes - we have an introduction to Eric, who he is and what he is doing.

4:50 minutes - we start to discuss the lockdown situation and how Eric is handling it.

8:30 minutes - we discuss managing with limited equipment and bodyweight.

18:30 minutes - we discuss how you can still actually grow muscle with just bodyweight if you develop a routine and progress your movements.

36:00 minutes - we talk about the challenges faced by power lifters and other athletes who require very specific equipment and ways to manage that.

45:00 minutes - we discuss nutrition, the challenges of boredom and stress. Also the risk of being so strict that you cannot maintain your new routine outside of lockdown.
