Today’s guest is Charlotte Fisher, BSc, MSc, of Charlotte F. Nutrition
Charlotte is a health and performance nutritionist and one to one coach. She is a specialist in nutrition for endurance athletes and an ultramarathon runner herself.
Charlotte has worked for Mac-Nutrition and as a Nutritionist at Doncaster Rovers FC Academy. She obtained her MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition from Loughborough University in 2018.
