Kelli Calkins grew up as an insecure & overweight young girl that developed addictions to substances and disordered eating.
After her mother passed away at a young age from cancer, Kelli turned to alcohol and drugs to escape the pain. She also suffered from disordered eating and eventually codependent relationships that nearly took her life.
Eventually Kelli hit rock bottom and was invited to recover with the love of her aunt who laid down ground rules for getting life back. Kelli vulnerably shares her incredible story in this podcast.
