Today we get caught up to speed on perhaps the most impactful redevelopment project of our generation: the 48 acre Upper Harbor Terminal on the North Minneapolis riverfront. We start by celebrating the work of Community Members for Environmental Justice and the Minnesota Center for Environmental Advocacy who forced the city to delay the scheduled Feb 16th vote until the mandatory environmental reviews are completed. We finish with a reflection on public land ownership at the Upper Harbor Terminal.
