In news, a Buffalo man charged with murder for Monday's Shirley Avenue shooting. 24-year-old Jeremiah Henderson is being held without bail. A Cheektowaga man pleaded guilty to second-degree manslaughter. According to court records, Alan P. Bulera struck a vehicle on Clinton Street last August, causing the death of a passenger in that vehicle.
