MARTIAN MOVERS 30 DAY MOVEMENT AND MINDFULNESS CHALLENGE // Ahh hello my friend, I’ve been waiting for you! Have you ever googled “how to dance”, “how to find peace”, “what is the meaning of life”, “why do we exist”? Or maybe you’re already a dancer or a mover, so you google things like “animal flow”, “primal movement”, “full body flow”, “natural movement”, “floor flow”, “movement therapy”. This online program pulls together all of these aspects to help you find your purpose and find your flow by freeing the mind, freeing the spirit, and releasing that which no longer serves us.
Flow State Freedom (of both the mind and the body). By the end of this 30 day challenge, you will have the tools (focus, fueling, and framing) to be able to teach yourself how to do (and achieve) anything.
