Listen to Shoji talk about his growing up playing in Mt. Shasta, his time with Stanford Taiko, moving to Hawaii to learn from Kenny and Chizuko Endo and we start to talk about the origins of On Ensemble.
Tyrone and Shoji's taiko journeys happened around the same time and at times intersected so there is a lot of time to reminisce about what taiko was like during the 80s-90s though the eyes of young adults.... Even though most of it was Shoji doing things and Tyrone being in the audience... HAHA!
