This week on Talkin' Taiko with Tyrone we have Stuart Paton, the founder/leader of Burlington Taiko in Vermont. In this episode we get to hear about Stuart's early taiko training and his first impression of his teacher Grandmaster Seiichi Tanaka. Stuart also mentions his interaction with a now famous "Mayor" from Vermont!
Stuart is also an avid taiko maker and so he shares some of the innovations he's created when making taiko.
To cap things off Start also talks about his experience with starting to use Zoom for virtual practices as we continue to "Stay at Home" due to the Covid-19 virus.
