On a cold but sunny day in early March I took a trip into the Knockmealdown Mountains on the Tipperary/Waterford border to meet the Condon family in the rugged landscape of their farm. Farming a mixture of Commonage and owned land the family run a successful business marketing their organic pasture fed Galloway Beef direct to the consumer.
