This episode delves into my personal journey dealing with MEGA chronic pain and all the therapies I tried, some more evidence-based and others not as much.

I discuss the therapies: nutrition, acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, massage, myofascial release, movement, physical therapy, and supplements!  

But we go into the one therapy that truly can release the chronic pain (and is well studied)! And that is understanding how our emotional pain works with our physical pain pathways. It's about making the big decisions and making big changes to ultimately recover from pain. It's hard work, but necessary work. All we need to do is start with a little introspection, a little awareness, and you're pretty much there.
