We want to give you an incredible tool that I didn't become familiar with until later in my career as a physician: HYPNOSIS! I had no idea how powerful this therapy is...until I learned firsthand with my own motion sickness symptoms.
And it's not about using a pendulum or the jungle book snake hypnotizing you, lol!
Hypnosis is "a state of inner absorption, concentration, and inner absorption - a trance state”. We as human beings are already in trance states all the time every day, it is our natural innate quality. That is our superpower we were born with.
During hypnosis, we intensify our awareness and become receptive to new ideas, associations where we can reinforce, rewire, reframe our neurophysiological networks, altering our human experience and health.
Our own imagination is so powerful and when you practice hypnosis at least twice daily that are tailored to your own goals, you can create desirable health changes.
This is something I use in practice to help individuals living with chronic pain and chronic illness to use for themselves. You don't need a prescription for it or rely on someone to do this for you.
