Willy Rodriguez. Originally born in Cuba, Willy Rodriguez moved to Miami, Florida at the age of 17. His mother won the national work lottery and was awarded the chance to immigrate to the United States. In Miami, he is blessed to have a wife, four daughters, and his mother and sister—who he get to share the immigrant experience with him. Working his way up from a part-time position on the cleanup crew, Willy has become the meat department manager of the #1 most profitable store of the grocery chain Publix Supermarkets. Willy always has his sights set forward, his optimistic outlook on life allows him to work hard for his family's present and future—something he takes great pride in.
