As of the release of this podcast on July 16, 2021, Chalmette Refining has received a unanimous acceptance of their ITEP request from the state Board of Commerce & Industry, St. Bernard Parish Council, and Sheriff James Pohlmann. Next up is the refinery's appearance before the School Board on July 27.
