Speaking up for what you believe and want isn’t always easy right!? It could feel uncomfortable, you don’t know what to say or maybe you’re not used to do it. A lot of times too we get worried about what others might think. Or there could be a power dynamic at play, for example in the office. 

Fortunately, like any habit, speaking up CAN be learned and refined so you feel more comfortable in ALL situations. 

Empowerment Coach & Hypnotherapist, Amy Green Smith, joins the show to share how to speak up for ourselves - without being dicks. Her advice is irreverent, inspiring AND incredibly effective. 

We discuss everything from why we accept bad behaviour from others to how to create boundaries in the workplace.
