This is Melissa Aubourg. She was born and raised in New Jersey but has currently been living in the DMV area for 10+ years now. 

She is a single mother to twin boys, who are 3 years old.

 

 

Melissa takes pride in being a learning enrichment advocate and an elementary school educator. She has been teaching in the classroom for 8 years. She is passionate about early learning and ensuring that all children have an environment where they can practice SEL(social-emotional learning skills), as well as help each child develop a sense of creativity, confidence, and a growth mindset. 

 

 

She is the owner and creator of SheisMelissaa.com. She recently started this blog, because she wanted to share her journey of self-love, healing, and evolving, in all areas of her life, especially in the areas of motherhood, lifestyle, and beauty.

 Whether it's the latest mommy trends, parenting/co-parenting tips, mindfulness practices, or self-care must-haves, she truly believes that sharing resources and experiences within a community creates an environment for one to evolve.
