EPISODE #35 "DEFINING YOURSELF"
Sandra starts this episode with the question, "Do we spend more time defining ourselves or explaining ourselves?" She takes us on this Spontaneously Brilliant exploration of what it means to define ourselves. Defining ourselves comes from having the curiosity, openness, and courage to learn, grow, and discover our way to how we wish to show up as our character on the Great Stage of Life. Explaining ourselves is blocking that is based in the past, in limiting beliefs, and in the protective personality defending out of fear. We are not defined by any aspect of our past. The past has no power except the power that we give it. And no matter what the past is, it does not explain, justify, validate, or clarify something going on in your life now. We still have 100% response-ability for what we choose to be the defining elements of ourselves in this life, now. Sandra invites us to define ourselves by our offers, by how we are learning and growing through our experiences, and by the love flowing in, as, and through us.
