This wisdom filled episode takes us into a deep exploration of how to recognize and shift the assumptions that we are making and unconsciously imposing on those around us. When we decide or assume how another player on the Great Stage of Life is feeling or thinking, it is attached to our presets, our fears, and our limiting beliefs. When we share our assumptions with another, consciously or unconsciously, we are out of alignment. When we assume how someone else feels, thinks, or "is," we are responding out of fear. Sandra reminds us that it is 100% our response-ability to check ourselves, notice, and shift our sharing to come from a place of curiosity, rather than a place of assumption.
