We're talking all the time, telling our story and creating the world in which we live. We need to do it mindfully, listening before we speak, recognizing the thoughts that are becoming words in our head, and the judgements and beliefs that we are holding in the form of words. We create ourselves, others, our circumstance, and our entire world with our words. And we are asked to show up as the unique creative geniuses, recognizing that we are creating ourselves and our world with every single word we think and say.
