Yvette is a 29-year-old multi-instrumentalist from California who has achieved a significant following on guitar through her solo work and as a member of the "math rock" band Covet. Yvette started learning piano at the age of 4 but the classical music world was not a good fit. She describes it as being "too competitive" and there being too much pressure to perform and audition.
