It. Is. Finally. Here!
The Alpha Energy Podcast Show is one of the things I have wanted to launch this year, and it is finally happening! Welcome to the first episode of this podcast, I am Stefanie Shaughnessy, and I am so excited for you to join me on this journey.
This podcast will be filled with stories of my own and of other women who, like me, tapped into their Alpha energy to pivot, to grow, to embrace leadership, and to trust their intuition. And in this first podcast, I want to take you on my journey on how I transitioned from a 15-year law enforcement career (completely stressed and struggling with gut issues) to a healthy new mom and thriving entrepreneur. The best way that I can describe my journey is an onion peeling process, and it truly has been a wonderful ride. We will also get to talk about why I wanted to bring this podcast to fruition, service, and leadership.
