Dale Amos has had experience in football as a player and a coach. He played football with St Arnaud, St Kilda and South Barwon. He coached at South Barwon from 2004-2008. Dale was the VFL senior coach at Geelong from 2009-2011. Meanwhile he was an assistant coach at Geelong from 2012-2015 and at Carlton from 2016-2021. He is currently the Head of Football at Xavier College.
