Description

This is an interesting question that starts off the conversation.  What does one do when you know huge amounts about the client/friend and their history?  When you already know what the problem is….. Or do you?  See how we change the perspective and language to differentiate what is clear date (testing) and what we think we know.  It is a very important conversation as often having a lot of information at the start or deciding early what the problem is stops us seeing what is right in front of us.  It also stops us helping our client figure out what is going on because we already have the answer (we think).
We have fun unravelling puzzles, and talk about expanding our clients perspective about what is happening.
