At least 10 times a day we have opportunities to re-enforce our commitment to our goals, or to self-sabotage by micro-quitting. Micro-quitting is a word I made up but is how we choose to not honor our commitments to ourselves and our business in small ways, that lead to not reaching the results we really want. In this episode, I explain this concept and give you examples of ways you may be unconsciously self-sabotaging your success.
