Dr. Martin is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), organizational development, and trauma-informed care. She is a rostered psychologist for the National Basketball Players Association, supporting elite athletes.
Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Martin offers trauma-informed and anti-racism training and consults with schools, hospitals, non-profits, and businesses nationwide, helping them foster equitable and healthy environments.
