Chris shares why he believes the process is actually easier today than it was years ago, thanks to technology and digital transactions. Chris also discusses the importance of standing out through negotiation skills and marketing. Inspired by his mother Tracey's leadership as SAR President in 2007, Chris remains "passionate about professionalism", education, and the value SAR brings to the industry.
