Today on the podcast, Annie continues our "Identity Series" by sitting down with the Sisters of Life to discuss our spousal identity. Together with Sr. Cora Caeli and Sr. Catherine Joy Marie, they talk about their personal discernment stories, how they live spousal identity, and how seeing God as Bridegroom has transformed their prayer. Sr. Cora Caeli, SV, was raised in Pleasant Valley, NY, received her undergraduate degree from Marywood University in Scranton, PA, and completed graduate studies in theology through Ave Maria University. She entered the Sisters of Life in 2016 and professed Final Vows on August 6, 2024. She has served in formation for the newest members of the community, the Vocations team in New York City, and the pregnancy mission in Philadelphia. She currently lives at St. Mary Magdalene Convent in Denver, CO, where she serves in the Evangelization Mission. She loves speaking on the dignity of the human person and sharing the truth of each person's call to sanctity.

Sr. Catherine Joy Marie, SV, was raised in Stamford, CT, with her four younger sisters. Deeply moved by the expansive love of Jesus's Heart hidden in the Eucharist and the sacred goodness of every person created in His Image, she entered the Sisters of Life in 2015 after graduating from Providence College with studies in theology and biology. Her first mission was in Toronto, Canada, serving vulnerable pregnant women and their unborn children, offering weekend retreats, and inviting those wounded by abortion into the healing mercy of Jesus. She professed her final vows in 2023 and currently shares her delight in the beauty of each life through the community's mission of Evangelization and Graphics, while residing in Denver, CO.
