This drama is about a 3rd generation business heir, Cha Do Hyun, who developed Dissociative identity disorder ( DID – or Multiple personality disorder) from a trauma event when he was young. He have 7 different personalities. Cha Do Hyun, Shin Se Gi, Perry Park, Ahn Yo Sub, Ahn Yo Na, NaNa and Mr.X.
Oh Ri On, who is Oh Ri Jin's brother have been following Cha Do Hyun from US back to Korea, as he was a writer and he wanted to cover the mysterious story behind Seung Jin Group. Oh Ri Jin met Cha Do Hyun for the first time at the airport when Oh Ri Jin went there to pick up her brother.
Oh Ri Jin is a first year psychiatric residents who then decided to become Cha Do Hyun's secret physician after realising that he have a DID believing that she can help him from his mental illness.Through meeting Oh Ri Jin, Cha Do Hyun's multiple personalities kept showing, so Cha Do Hyun decided to regain control over his life again, but in order to do that he will have to regain his traumatic memories, hence he started to dig into what had happened in the past.
