This is a story about Dr.Bu Yeong-joo , a triple-board certified surgeon, who was once at the top of his field and used to work at Seol's top medical center, Geosan University Hospital. After a traumatic incident which was set up by President Do, he disappears and changes his name to Kim Sa-bu (Teacher Kim). He begins working at a small hospital named Doldam, and have created a great team there. Dr Kang who was also being set up with a sabotage to fail in an operation was sent to Doldam, and he met his senior Dr Yoon Seo Jeong again after she disappeared while she was on a hiking accident. Teacher Kim guides Dr. Kang and Dr. Yoon to become great doctors, where they overcome hospital politics, learned about life values and find comfort in relationships within Doldam Hospital.
