This drama starts with Kim Je Ha who was a former mercenary solder for Blackstone. While in Iraq, he was framed for murder of his lover Raniya, a civilian.. As a result, he became a fugitive and is on the run. He bumped into Go Anna ,who escapes from captive and briefly helped her but end up Go Anna was taken away by the police. Kim Je Ha returned to Korea and by chance was offered a bodyguard job by Choi Yoo Jin, the owner of JSS Security and wife of presidential candidate Jang se Joon. He accepts the job in exchange to get his revenge on Park Kwan Soo, the person that framed him in Iraq. Je Ha is assigned to guard go Anna ( the hidden daughter of Jang Se Joon, who's also the girl that he briefly helped in Spain) Slowly they fall in love. Je ha is now torn between having to work with his boss Yoo Jin, so he can take revenge on Park Kwan Soo, and protect his new found love Go Anna, which is against Yoo Jin's wishes.
