Since the beginning of the pandemic, many of us have had to pivot or make adjustments in our work life. This affected almost every profession, not just commercial real estate. We talked about the Great Resignation in one of our previous episodes and how that also forced us to change.
Last week, we had a great conversation on Clubhouse about pivoting, changing business practices, and adapting to the new work environment we found ourselves in since the start of the pandemic.
