Fear isn't a bad thing, because it keeps us safe and alive (which is cool). Nowadays, though, we're here not just to survive – we're here to thrive. Since fear can hold us back from the incredible things we're here to do and be, that means we all have to learn how to overcome it somehow.

BUT, we're all built to overcome it differently. So how do you know when your fear is protecting you, and when it's blocking you? How can you tell if it's fear, or your intuition telling you something is just wrong for you? Basically, WTF should you do about this?
