Perfectionism is really more about associating a lot of your worth by associating it with how you look and perform. Although we know perfection isn't a reality, many people struggle with that self trust and seek that external validation. When we feel we aren't perfect, we suffer the feelings of guilt and shame.
 
In today's episode we are talking to Grace Brodeur,  who is a professional who helps professionals break procrastination and perfectionism tendencies so that they can feel fulfilled, calm and competent.
