A mom to four daughters, Jennifer is on a mission to help women make peace with food, stop the restriction-overeat cycle and change generations to come!
 
After dealing with her own struggles and disordered eating, Jennifer discusses how she found a peaceful relationship with food and started making up for lost time and important moments. She also discusses navigating motherhood and body dysmorphia, diet culture messaging around children, and how you can combat negative thoughts.
