In the past, my planning journey has always teetered between two extreme levels.
From writing my goals every single year on notecards only to lose them days later. Or, being so rigid with the goals that I lose interest, don't have space for new ideas, and ultimately lose interest.
Over the past two years, I've found a nice balance between the two. It involves 6 steps I follow when planning out my new year intentions and goals.
I've found planning can actually be a fun process (who knew?) and lead to more inspiration and momentum throughout the year. This approach to planning has had a major impact on the success of my business and my personal life.
