Description

Regulating the Nervous System: Discover step two of the meditation, a breathwork technique aimed at regulating the nervous system to calm anxiety and fears.

Unlocking Sexual Energy: you are guided to work with your sexual energy in relation to ejaculation and flow.

This is a journey towards acceptance, self-compassion, and a deeper understanding of delayed ejaculation.
