In this episode, Cheryl and Lyndsey discuss:

• Awareness gives you power to conquer limiting beliefs. When you’re unaware of those beliefs, they’ll be sitting in the back of your mind, subtly controlling your life.  
• Sit yourself comfortably and allow yourself to write whatever you feel or whatever you’re thinking. When you’re done writing freely, shred the paper and take a few deep breaths. 
• Whatever needs to come up will come up. There are some things that you won’t be aware of initially, not until you start writing them down. 
• If you’re feeling stuck, remember that giving a voice to your feelings is going to help you tremendously. Be there for yourself, breathe in and let that part of you shine. You won’t implode or die like you think you would. You will feel relief.
