Heather Shaw Fairs is Vice President and General Manager of Saks Fifth Avenue at Town Center Mall in Boca Raton. Raised in Coral Springs, she was recruited to work for Saks after graduating college. Heather prides herself on working for a company that believes in community involvement. Joining Heather is Burt Rapoport, a third generation restaurateur, who has an impressive legacy of success in the South Florida restaurant scene. Burt is known for his dedication to providing high-quality cuisine for a good value, a warm welcoming ambiance and truly attentive service at each of his restaurants. Both Heather and Burt speak about the ways they've given back, including their willingness to participate in Boca's Ballroom Battle for the benefit of the George Snow Scholarship Foundation.
