Description

Episode 5 spotlights two important facets of Palm Beach County; our history and our culture. It is often said understanding our history helps us plan for a better future. The mission of the Boca Raton Historical Society & Museum is to preserve our histrory and offer an opportunity use the lessons learned as we plan for the future of our county. Enjoyed hearing from Mary Csar on how the museum has taken advantage of the pandemic to reinvient itself and prepare for a grand re-opening in November. Things are equally exciting down the road a peice at the Boca Raton Museum of Art. Irvin Lippman details the construction work being done to give the museum a whole new look (both inside and out). The exhbits have been removed to make way for the world premier of the Manchu Picchu exhibit, set to open in October. Very exciting, indeed!
