Today we are discussing a very special initiative, the Broadway Advocacy Coalition. The Broadway Advocacy Coalition's mission is to build the capacity of individuals, organizations, and communities to dismantle the systems that perpetuate racism through the power of storytelling and the leadership of people directly affected. There are 9 fellows and my childhood friend Kayla Stokes was one of them. She created the podcast The Bias Benders through the support of the BAC.
