On this week's episode, I interview Josette Bushell-Mingo, the new principal of the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

Josette Bushell-Mingo OBE is a Swedish-based English theatre actress and director of African descent. She was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award in 2000. In 2001, she founded the black-led arts festival PUSH at the Young Vic. In 2006, she was honored with an Officer of the Order of the British Empire.
