Episode Highlights

Three Key Points

  1. Joanie had clients coming in from out of town; they couldn't travel because of the pandemic so, she would go preview houses for them, she would get on video, and go through houses, neighborhood, and walk them through. She would give them the lay of the land without them physically being in here.
  2. For people who are in their 60s, Joanie asks them, how much square footage are they comfortable living with? If they think they want to downsize? What are their objectives? Is it less overhead or is it less maintenance? So there are a lot of things to take into account.
  3. You don't have to quit working to gain four freedoms (freedom of time, freedom of money, freedom of relationships, and freedom of purpose), and entrepreneurs, especially, can nail a lot of that and still productively earn an income.
