Tom tells us who is eligible for the program and how to sign up. Spoiler alert: it is easy to sign up! Tom also discusses how the program started and how it is funded. Tom has been running the program for 38 years and tells us that even if you are not 65, there may be something for you called PACE Clearinghouse.
