So how do you draw boundaries?
It's actually pretty hard when you don't know where you need them to be. At the beginning of this episode I share a quote from Henry Cloud in his book Boundaries for Leaders.
A boundary is a structure that determines what will exist and what will not.

And for us to create a healthy understanding of what ministry should (and can) look like for us, we have to have a working understanding of where those boundaries need to fit.
