As I've shared before, I am in the middle of a ministry transition. Over the last couple of weeks, I have been reflecting and planning on what it will look like at my new place of ministry. Taking the time to reflect during transitions or just show a level of personal responsibility for the lessons we learn in ministry and leadership can be a healthy thing.
