Steph Dodds is an Emotional Freedom Techniques (aka Tapping) Practitioner & Trainer. She is the owner and founder of the Emotional Freedom Academy and DailyOM author. She has an international private practice, runs a live-tapping-group weekly, and offers FREE tapping videos on her YouTube channel, "Tapping with Steph". Steph is also a certified yoga teacher and nutritionist.

In this episode, we explore what Emotional Freedom Techniques is and how it releases traumas and stress from the body. We talk about both the science and the "magic" of this kind of work and why we BOTH love it so much!

At the end, Steph give us an example of how tap away negative thoughts and affirm positive beliefs.
