Jackie talks about her journey to allowing herself to be heard. How she is proudly and passionately making change for others in the workplace environment and beyond.
"I got bullied by my so-called friends, you know? Not all of them, but some of them and singled out. And again, you know, all of those kinds of things happened. Now your listeners might be thinking, well, you know, that was a long time ago. And, um, you know, I'm, I'm kind of the wrong side of 40, let's say now. So it was a long time ago. But ultimately, it does continue into adulthood and workplace bullying, whether it's covert or overt is rife. And also whether it's intentional or not, it's still there. I think what people have to start realising is that your intention may not be to offend, but that doesn't mean that offence doesn't happen."
