For many women, creating habits and sticking to them can be tough. Oftentimes, when we struggle to stick with new habits, we tend to blame ourselves. However, we should really be blaming the methods. The habit formations we have been taught are not designed for the lives we lead. So, we need to fix how we view habits and create a method that works for us.
Today I talk with Monica Packer, a recovering perfectionist, podcaster and Progress Coach. Monica helps women ditch perfectionism, step into their gifts and move towards real progress.
Monica shares why it is so hard for women to create habits that stick and how to be consistent with grace, without being an underachiever or a perfectionist. We also discuss redefining consistency and habits, the importance of having a baseline, and a process for evaluating what habits to prioritize.
