Description

Feeling safe enough to be photographed is difficult for many women. Some women are so uncomfortable having their photos taken that their true nature is never captured. By combining her knowledge as a mindfulness practitioner with her talent for photography, my next guest empowers women to feel at home in their bodies and see themselves as works of art.

Today, I am talking with Sterling Rung. She is a fine art photographer, mindfulness practitioner, certified breathwork instructor and founder of Sterling Rose Art. One of her signature offerings is an intuitive photoshoot that incorporates breath work practices and nature immersion, helping women to feel aligned and beautiful in their bodies. Her goal is to bring people back to the simplicity and grace of nature, and to help women show up authentically.

Sterling shares her process for incorporating breath work into her photography sessions, her own journey to healing herself and combining her passions to create a living and the importance of taking time for yourself.

In this episode, we cover:

-What breathwork is and how she uses it in her photography sessions
